Lead a CRM Team to Success

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Manager who will own our sales and customer success technology stack. This is a leadership role where you'll drive the implementation and optimization of our CRM system, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with other tools.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance CRM functionality and user adoption.
  • Design and implement processes to improve data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other systems and tools.
  • Train users on best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure CRM effectiveness.
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM administration or management (HubSpot preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
