Position: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Head

Industry: Real Estate

Experience Required: 10–15 years (preferably in Real Estate sector)

Age Range: 45–55 years (Male candidates preferred)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Compensation: ₹1.25 LPA – ₹1.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function for residential/commercial projects.
  • Manage post-sales customer interactions including documentation, agreements, payment schedules, possession, and handovers.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, legal, and projects teams for customer deliverables.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps for customer retention & referrals.
  • Develop and implement CRM policies, SOPs, and service excellence standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication, dues, and handover status.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and reduce turnaround time in issue resolution.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, society formation processes, and RERA-related compliances.
  • Supervise and mentor CRM executives/team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹150,000.00 per month
