Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding exchanges.
  • Manage and update client data in the CRM system.
  • Handle queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for smooth processing.
  • Track and monitor exchange status for timely closure.
  • Prepare reports on exchange activities and client feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,822.02 per month
