We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Series A fundraising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing growth-stage deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.
  • Develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
  • Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
