Transforming Education through Personalized Learning Experiences

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will play a pivotal role in developing and executing capital-raising strategies, building investor relationships, and positioning the EdTech platform as a category leader in personalized AI learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising Leadership: Develop and drive end-to-end fundraising strategy to secure Seed / Pre-Series A/Series A investments.
  • Investor Relations: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners globally.
  • Pitch & Collateral: Craft compelling investor decks, financial models, and data rooms that showcase the company's potential.
  • Strategic Positioning: Help define the company's fundraising narrative in the context of the EdTech and AI market.
  • Founder Support: Coach internal team members and co-founders for investor meetings and due diligence.
  • Market & Investor Research: Track and analyze market benchmarks, funding trends, and strategic investor fits.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, fundraising, investment banking, EdTech, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of raising capital or managing investor networks.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, especially around impact, innovation, and metrics.
  • Strong interest in EdTech, AI, or personalized learning models.
  • Based in or open to relocating/traveling to Hyderabad.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Indian or global EdTech ecosystem.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or platforms.
  • Understanding of education outcomes, pedagogy, or curriculum.
