Cluster Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and independent Cluster Operations Specialist to take on key responsibilities in our financial services team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be curious by nature, and have good inter-personal skills with a go-getter attitude.

  • Enter into and manage partnerships with Vehicle OEMs local officials and their dealers, developing strategic relationships to drive business growth.
  • Source EV fleet customers in the local EV market through direct field work, identifying new opportunities for expansion.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new avenues for growth, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage Region rollout and partner onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement monthly sales plans, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage soft and hard collections, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve issues.
  • Align the Region with our pan-India retail vehicle finance strategy, reporting to Regional Head-Retail Finance and contributing to overall business success.
  • E nsure fluency in local language, handling local team and Bulk clients for the Region, fostering strong relationships and driving business results.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC, with a proven track record of success.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market, with a strong ability to adapt to new environments and situations.
  • Vehicle finance experience, especially new or used commercial vehicles, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
