Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our compact team responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable data infrastructure to support large-scale model training and evaluation. This role involves working closely with researchers to accelerate experiments, develop new datasets, improve infrastructure efficiency, and enable key insights across our data assets.

The successful candidate will join a high-impact team responsible for both architecture and scaling of our data and model development infrastructure, working with complex, multi-modal data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant data infrastructure to support distributed computing and data orchestration for large language model research.
  • Develop and maintain high-throughput systems for data ingestion, processing, and transformation to support model development.
  • Collaborate with research teams to deliver critical data assets for model development and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data infrastructure, preferably supporting high-scale applications or research platforms.
  • Fluency in distributed computing frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data storage architectures, and batch + streaming pipelines.
  • Experience with specialized hardware (GPUs, TPUs) computing and GPU clusters.
  • Strong understanding of databases, storage systems, and how architecture choices impact performance at scale.
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures, containerization and orchestration, and both synchronous and asynchronous processing.
