Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Distributed System Design: Design scalable and efficient backend systems for handling large data volumes and high-traffic production environments.
  • API Development: Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring modularity and maintainability.
  • Data Management: Proficiently manage and optimize MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
  • System Reliability: Implement logging, monitoring, and debugging tools to ensure system reliability.
  • Coding Standards: Enforce coding standards, conduct detailed code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Backend Development: 7+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and MongoDB.
  • Microservices Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.
  • API Security: Strong experience with API development best practices, security, and rate limiting.
  • Cloud Services: Proficiency in cloud services for backend infrastructure.
