Backend Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled backend engineer to join our founding team.

SalesAgents AI has developed a multi-lingual AI voicebot salesperson that engages in human-indistinguishable conversations for sales closures. The voicebot is equipped to handle common objections, follow scripts, and automatically detect and switch between languages (English, Hinglish, Hindi), which ensures a personalized and efficient customer interaction at scale.

We have built global-first AI pitching and persuasion models, for end-to-end closures all the way till payment, with entire conversation history across channels.

Critical to this role is the ability to incrementally add value to our customers' toplines, breaking all known barriers.

We are seeking individuals who don't believe anything is impossible and have a true agency and ownership mindset.
