This role involves designing, building, and scaling backend systems that support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI experts/skills. You will work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL/Redis, GraphQL APIs, AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes.
  • LMM integrations, vector DBs, or real-time systems knowledge is a plus.
