High-Impact Performance Testing Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated performance testing specialist with 5+ years of experience.

The successful candidate will be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation. Last Round will be Face-to-Face.

About the Role:

We cater to product & data engineering use-cases around agentic AI, RPA, full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

  • Design, develop, and execute high-impact performance test plans using Apache JMeter.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform thorough testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute comprehensive performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement robust monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient scripting skills (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
