
Client Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Partnership Specialist. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals within agreed timeframes.
- Collaborate with clients to gather financial information, security documents, and resolve account operations issues.
- Provide operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and act as a focal point for customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless servicing of corporate customers.
- Maintain timely compliance with regulatory requirements for assigned portfolios.
- Work with Internal Teams to complete account opening and KYC remediation tasks on schedule.
- Implement audit and regulatory recommendations, continuously monitoring assigned portfolios.
- Identify business and cross-sell opportunities, escalating them to RMs.
- Purposefully compile Management Information Systems (MIS) as required.
- Introduce improvements to enhance the client experience.
