Job Title: Corporate Client Servicing Specialist

  • Job Description:
  •   As a Corporate Client Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in the Employee Benefits space.
  •   You will manage policy renewals, policy servicing, and placement activities for large corporate accounts, coordinating with internal teams, TPAs, and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  •   You will also prepare RFQs, negotiate with insurers, and provide benchmarking reports to clients.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  •   4-8 years of experience in Employee Benefits servicing in the insurance broking industry.
  •   Strong understanding of corporate insurance products (GHI, GPA, GTL, etc.).
  •   Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  •   Experience in handling large corporate accounts and broker partnerships.
  •   Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  •   Strong communication and presentation skills.
