Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team as a key enabler of our growth. As Head of FP&A, you will partner with senior leadership to shape our financial strategy and drive data-driven decision making.

About the Opportunity:
  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • CA/MBA (Fin) degree
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
