Russell Tobin seeks a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting for global marketing.

As key team member, you will analyze campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization
  • Analyzing campaign spend, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights
  • Partnering with senior leaders to optimize investments and drive efficiencies
  • Presenting performance and trends to stakeholders
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Driving process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred)
  • Bonus: Knowledge of local financial regulations
