About out client:

Our client is an Indian fashion brand specializing in ethnic and Indo-Western apparel for women. The brand primarily operates through online channels and offers a diverse portfolio of contemporary and traditional styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain systems for handling financial data and processes.
  • Assist management with important financial decisions and budgeting.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team.
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant(CA).
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, service or retail industry.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferably a candidate with business acumen.

Salary Budget for the role is 25 LPA.
