Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
About the Role:
The Customer Relationship Executive will handle B2C and B2B customer queries, issues, concerns, feedback, and grievances over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Key responsibilities include converting queries into orders, coordinating with marketplaces, partnering with new clients, and managing customer queries in their preferred language.
