Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our commercial sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through leasing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Understanding Client Requirements: Identify and understand the detailed space requirements of our clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue through the sales and leasing of retail and office spaces across multiple projects.
- Value Proposition and Negotiations: Evaluate offers and discounts for slow-moving assets to achieve desired sales velocity, formulating heads of terms and closing transactions.
- Lead Sourcing and Liaison: Collaborate with channel partners, IPCs, and local real estate agents to source leads, maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, and engage with functional departments to ensure effective responses to lease proposals.
Requirements:
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with market happenings, preparing detailed competition presentations for projects.
- New Business Opportunities: Contact new prospective clients, set up business opportunities, and follow up to drive growth.
