About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and development at TIGI HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through market research and outreach.
  • Engage with HR and business decision-makers to understand their employee engagement needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of ExtraMilePlay.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive follow-ups and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles, including market research, lead generation, and sales strategy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with HR and business decision-makers.
