Job Description

The Role of Head Product RuPay is pivotal in driving growth and revenue for the business through the development and execution of a product strategy that meets customer needs and drives innovation.

  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy for RuPay, encompassing product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, compliance, and legal, to deliver products that meet customer expectations and drive business objectives.
  • Lead market trend analysis and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization and EMVCo standards, as well as experience as a Tech Product Manager. They will lead a team of product managers, designers, and developers to create innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution of product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of RuPay products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.

This role requires strategic decision-making on product offerings to increase top line and transaction volume, as well as collaboration with business teams to determine product costing and pricing strategies.
