Executive Search Coordinator

Stout's Growth team is seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement an end-to-end experienced hire recruiting strategy, incorporating new tactics to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting candidates throughout the interview process, coordinating availability, preparing briefing documents, managing assessments, and ensuring efficient documentation post-offer.

Candidate Marketing and CRM Management:

  • Manage and maintain a database of top target candidates and provide regular updates.
  • Partner with Marketing Directors to ensure recruiting presentations are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Support candidates through the interview process.
  • Prepare briefing documents and manage assessments.
  • Ensure efficient documentation post-offer.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
