Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing candidates through the hiring process, ensuring they receive top-notch support and care throughout their recruitment journey.
The selected candidate will be integral to coordinating interview availability, preparing briefing documents, and supporting candidates during interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate itineraries
- Develop and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Prepare and disseminate comprehensive candidate briefings
- Manage assessments and tests for potential candidates
- Ensure seamless completion of post-offer documentation
- Arrange follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
