Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and manage high-volume recruitment initiatives for a leading organization. This role involves working closely with a team of recruiters to support the client's recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Account Manager & Recruitment Managers to facilitate the client's recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates on contracts such as renewals and terminations to contractors and consultants.
  • Support the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired contractors/consultants/employees.
  • Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track items like issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Set up meetings and make reservations for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened in the ATS and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal and review published updates.
  • Learn principles of candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment during high-volume periods and create a Monthly KPI Report.

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
