About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet business needs within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases for smooth process flow.
  • Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
  • Strong experience in volume/contract hiring.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and other sourcing methods.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
