About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization through the identification and acquisition of high-caliber talent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage with potential candidates, while also maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or sourcing specialist.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
