Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

They will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. Additionally, they will build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

A key responsibility will also involve conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires. Furthermore, the individual will implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Other responsibilities include overseeing payroll management, handling payroll-related queries, deductions, tax calculations, and statutory compliances.

Moreover, they will maintain payroll records, coordinate with the finance department for payroll disbursements, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Additionally, this role requires operational management expertise, including daily office operations, vendor relationships, procurement, facility management, and creating operational policies to enhance organizational performance.

Finally, the candidate must design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. They will manage performance appraisal processes, training programs, and professional development plans, as well as address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts as needed.

Collaboration with senior management is essential to align recruitment and operational strategies with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within operations and contribute to organizational growth by balancing HR and operational responsibilities effectively.
