Job Overview

As a strategic technical leader, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical teams to design, build, and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Validation, and Approvals), and Transformation Formulas
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Configure and deploy changes using Page Composer, Application Composer, and HCM Design Studio
  • Create and load data using HDL and HSDL templates for candidates, jobs, offers, and related objects
  • Develop and manage custom workflows, alerts, and notifications for recruiting processes
  • Support approval configurations for requisitions, job offers, and other recruitment transactions
  • Collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and solution validation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide day-to-day operational support
