Recruitment Relationship Manager

As a high-performing recruitment relationship manager, you will be responsible for delivering client-focused solutions that drive business results.

You will draw upon decades of experience to design innovative tools, products, and processes that position organizations for growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Interview and Recommend Qualified Applicants
  • Interact with Various Levels of Staff, Candidates, Management, External Customers, Vendors, etc.
  • Manage Multiple Senior Stakeholders, Partners, and Client-Facing Environment
  • Advisory Mindset and Well-Connected Industry Network

You will be responsible for managing assigned lines of businesses, stakeholders, and providing SME experience with real-time market insights, right talent advisory, and high-level accountability in owning hiring targets.

Previous experience working on different TA technology tools like ATS or CRM, psychometric assessments, technical assessments, video interviewing platforms, onboarding tools, and candidate survey tools is required.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of recruiting experience in healthcare recruitment, IT, or non-IT, with a demonstrated ability to interview and recommend select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-paced environment.
