
Recruitment Strategist

We are seeking a strategic recruitment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the business, creativity, and personal organization skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Create and maintain healthy talent pipelines for steady flows of qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, functional leaders, and other HR team members.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, mission, culture, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with the hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and within the guidelines of company policies.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to drive innovative recruiting practices.
- Doctorate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Master's degree and 4-6 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience.
- Diploma and 10-12 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience.
- Functional Skills:
- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience at the professional and management team level.
- Experience delivering results by creating, implementing, and driving executive or functional recruitment processes while exhibiting subject matter expertise to influence executives and other business leaders or decision makers.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and delivering complex offers including a thorough understanding of various compensation levers and benefits.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI sourcing technologies.
- Good to Have:
- Life-sciences (Biotech/Pharmaceutical) industry experience.
- Strategic adviser that drives excellence and takes accountability of recruitment processes and results to ensure outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Soft Skills:
- Leadership and relationship-building skills with executives, senior leaders, various cross-functional partners, HR (business partners, compensation/benefits, mobility), and executive support staff.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgement, uses analytical approach, and has ability to think proactively and strategically throughout the recruitment and negotiation process.
- Communication and executive level presentation skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized, and eloquent manner.
