We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter | US Staffing | EST Shift
Nexreq is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Recruiter (US Staffing) to join our growing team If you're an experienced recruiter who thrives in sourcing top talent for the US market and can work in EST time zone, we want to connect with you.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based clients.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Negotiate offers, rates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Partner closely with Account Managers to meet client hiring needs.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of US staffing recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT).
• Excellent sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to work the EST shift.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Competitive salary: ₹ 8 LPA – ₹10 LPA (base) + incentives.
