Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities that align with our company goals.

  • Trouble Shoots day-to-day sales issues at the customers place, ensuring timely resolution and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Analyses and highlights complex Sales/technical issues to the Area Sales Manager, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Plans and executes site visits to the customer vendor sites to resolve routine Sales issues, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitors, checks, and documents payments, bill details, overdue, short payment, delivery status, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Liaises with TSS person in smooth operation of paint Line, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  • Reduces NM/SM stock levels, forecasts regular orders in system, and introduces new shade trial runs, driving business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolves day-to-day sales issues from process to maximize sales and achieve target budgets.
  • Maintains oversight of overdue/outstanding payments and collects payments from customers, ensuring timely receipt.
  • Checks and modifies customers' orders based on requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Updates technical/SCPC of fresh requirements, technical issues etc. on regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitors stock levels and liquidates SM/NM stock, optimizing inventory management.
