This role is a key part of our team, focused on driving growth and learning within the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with department heads to evaluate needs, design strategies for skill gaps, and align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
The primary responsibilities include evaluating departmental needs to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities, collaborating with department heads to design actionable strategies for bridging skill gaps, and developing innovative learning programs using gamification, hybrid learning, and microlearning models.
The successful candidate will create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences, facilitate workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions for employees across all levels, and monitor training effectiveness through feedback and data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement.
In addition, this role will involve managing multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, leveraging LMS platforms and emerging technologies to optimize hybrid and virtual learning experiences, and preparing detailed reports on training metrics, ROI, and program impact for stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Certifications in L&D, OKRs, or instructional design (preferred).
