About this role

We are seeking a subject matter expert to guide students through their learning journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless student experience.

This is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to student inquiries via the learning management system within 24 hours or less of submission.
  • Provide clear guidance to students on complex assignments and questions.
  • Offer prompt feedback that includes pointed questions to help students build problem-solving skills.
  • Work with students at various levels of expertise, from beginners to experienced professionals.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance content clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure successful course delivery and address unexpected challenges.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of extensive work experience in a relevant field.
  • Professional and/or academic experience in a related area.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Experience using a learning management system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
