Job Title: Quantitative Ability Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced quantitative ability coach to train students in problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Sessions: Design and deliver engaging sessions on Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Doubt-Clearing Sessions: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Progress Tracking: Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Command: Strong command over Quantitative Ability, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Simplify Complex Concepts: Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with Competitive Exams: Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate: Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a Quantitative Ability Coach / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers: Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
