Job Title

The primary function of this role is to manage learning content within a Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish curricula, courses, and learning paths.
  • Organize course categorization, tagging, and metadata for searchability and reporting.
  • Manage enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements.
  • Coordinate SCORM, xAPI, and other content package uploads and testing.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of course catalogs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to course functionality and user access.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct quality assurance of requested content assets.
  • Adhere to quality standards.

Learning Administration:

  • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform.
  • Monitor learner progress and completion rates.
  • Generate and analyze learning analytics reports.
  • Manage compliance training requirements and automated notifications.
  • Support learners with technical issues and platform navigation.
  • Maintain system integrity and data accuracy.

Strategic Learning Support:

  • Collaborate with learning teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new learning technologies.
  • Assist in developing learning governance policies and procedures.
  • Participate in vendor meetings and platform upgrade planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Project management experience, preferably in learning contexts.
  • Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in platform administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can).
  • Experience with content authoring tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in learning analytics.
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies.
  • Project management software proficiency.

  • Learner satisfaction scores and platform adoption rates.
  • Project delivery success rates and adherence to timelines.
  • System uptime and technical issue resolution times.
