Project Leadership Opportunity

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with international clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients during calls and emails.
  • Ability to manage projects, establish relationships with key personnel and clients, and coordinate with various departments within the organization.
  • Responsibility for client receivables, planning and execution of monthly retention strategies.
  • Candidates with strong IT project management, technical skills preferred.
  • Positive attitude, ability to maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients, and lead solution development efforts that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts.
  3. Oversee client receivables, develop and execute monthly retention plans.
  4. Document all client requests and comments to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions.
  5. Achieve strategic business objectives and account plans defined by senior management.
