Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retail projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of retail projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Management of project schedules, budgets and resources.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders, including design teams, consultants and contractors.
  • Vendor management and quality control.
  • Project monitoring and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Civil Engineer or equivalent experience in retail project management.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, MIS reporting.
