Client Implementation Manager

This position oversees the implementation functions for designated teams, ensuring team members' overall development and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute client implementations as needed
  • Mentor and support the client implementation team in areas related to employee development and client implementation processes and procedures
  • Handle first-level client escalations
  • Ensure quality control and timely output of client implementations by effectively managing the team of client implementation and senior client implementation specialists
  • Report and communicate team performance to senior leadership and make recommendations for areas of improvement
Requirements
  • Prior experience with HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or PEO industry knowledge
  • HRIS/CRM/Systems experience
  • Leadership/Supervisory skills
  • Payroll & Tax subject matter knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Office Product knowledge
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5 years related experience
  • 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
Licenses and Certifications
  • FPC, PHR or related certification preferred
