Job Title: Project Coordinator


We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and be well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Power BI is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Background in engineering operations, PMO/portfolio analytics, or related fields.
  • Scripting skills in Python or R for data wrangling or automation.
  • Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or OKR tooling.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software or product engineering environments.
