Job Title: Senior IT Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects, establishing productive relationships with key personnel and clients, and coordinating with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including support, service, technology, and resources, to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts.
  • Document all requests and comments made by clients, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up actions on client escalations/queries.
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve strategic customer objectives and drive business growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in technical skills such as IT project management tools, software, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in Wordpress, PHP, and technical skills preferred. Preferred location Noida.
