Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Tech/BBA/MBA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have a strong ability to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the project team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle follow-ups, task tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Support senior management in strategy implementation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: B.Tech/BBA/MBA).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination or operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with junior team members and coordinating with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
