Role Description
The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, resources, and communication among team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Knowledge of various portals, CRMS like Zoho, Salesforce, Lead Squared will be an advantage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) for planning and tracking progress.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for management.
- Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and task assignment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and tools like Excel, Power BI
- Basic SQL and technical knowledge about IT processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent years written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
