At Graygraph Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, quality results, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.

• Analyze project data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and presenting findings to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, strategies, and goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
