Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. This role does not require a technical background but demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of business objectives. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth communication across teams, effective resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to management.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assign responsibilities, track deliverables, and maintain accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure teams stay motivated and focused.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
  • Maintain documentation for project planning, decisions, and lessons learned.
  • Track KPIs and ensure project performance meets defined objectives.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues and escalate critical challenges when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in project management (non-technical/business-focused projects).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) preferred.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timeliness and accuracy of project reports & dashboards.
  • Number of risks/issues identified and resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Reduction in project delays through proactive tracking and follow-ups.
