Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple VLSI/SoC design and verification projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership within the semiconductor/EDA domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and execute multiple ASIC/SoC/IP development and verification projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, verification, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage cross-functional teams to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor project performance using tools/metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution proactively.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage expectations, deliverables, and communications effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to Truechip's quality standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior project coordinators/engineers to develop their project management capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management
    within semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, or EDA industries.
  • Strong knowledge of
    VLSI design and verification flows
    (Front-end/Back-end).
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills for managing global customers.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).
