Sales Enablement Leader

About the Role: In this Sales Enablement role, you will play a crucial part in empowering our sales teams with knowledge, skills, and resources to excel. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership team, developing and executing comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Create and deliver impactful training programs for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.
  • Design and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
  • Coach and mentor Sales, Presales & SDR team members on sales techniques and best practices.
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.
  • Manage and mentor the Sales & SDR Trainers, providing guidance and support in their roles.
  • Track the impact of enablement programs on key sales metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Pre-sales/Solution engineering.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
