Job Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager at one call, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain existing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, making informed decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in sales and business development, preferably in the furniture/home decor industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
