Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Partnership Development Specialist. This role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

  • Co-branded Campaign Planning: Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns that drive results and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proposal Creation: Build persuasive proposals that communicate value propositions and ROI to partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Campaign Operations: Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive results and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; proficiency in paid marketing basics.
  • Proficient in using AI tools for research, content, and reporting to drive business outcomes.
  • Able to create structured decks, reports, and presentations to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Success Metrics:

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs within the first 90 days.
  • Develop a reusable library of proposals and case studies to support future marketing initiatives.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo to keep the Alliances team informed.
