Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the operational efficiency of our branch, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and streamlined service delivery.

  • Operations Oversight: Directly responsible for maintaining superior service standards, ensuring seamless client interactions, and implementing effective service recovery mechanisms.
  • Fleet Administration: Spearhead fleet management, allocate vehicles to clients, and ensure appropriate accessories and chauffeur ratios are in place.
  • Business Development: Foster new business opportunities, increase revenue from existing clientele, and analyze market trends to drive growth.
  • Financial Management: Develop annual budgets, monitor cash flows, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Human Resources and Administrative Support: Manage branch administration, staff HR functions, and implement ISO standards to optimize operations.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate or Hotel Management degree is a must. An MBA in Marketing or Finance is desirable. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company, is required.
