Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of travel industry best practices and trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
